High Quality Photo Resizer is a free tool, very easy to use, and works to process images and digital photos en masse. With this program you can get small-sized photos of very high quality, for example to publish on a website or send via email to friends without worrying about the size. The reduction in size lets you choose two different operation modes: normal and advanced.

High Quality Photo Resizer supports the following graphics file formats: BMP, DIB, EMF, GIF, ICB, JPG, JPEG, PBM, PCD, PCX, PGM, PNG, PPM, PSD, PSP, RLE, SGI, TGA, TIF, TIFF, VDA, VST, WBMP, WMF. As exit formats (formats where you save the processed image) you`ll find JPG, BMP, TIF and TGA.
